Oak Park is the perfect place for almost anything. Not only do we have two big spaces that can host nearly any type of event, we boast an Airbnb-style cottage, clean sleeping rooms in our multipurpose facility, seven full hook-up RV spots, ample room for tent camping, and a bathroom and shower facility. Our playground and basketball court are open year-round and free to use by the community. Check out our rental spaces below! 

Wayman Lodge is our biggest building on campus. This one-million dollar project has brought joy and hospitality to many. It is this facility in which meetings are held, corporate retreats, school dances, dinners, galas, and banquets. Along with those, this facility hosts twenty dorm-style sleeping rooms that are perfect for any nightly stay!

With seating capacity of three hundred people, an accessible and spacious stage, and newly-installed sound and video projection, Dickerson Hall (formerly Dickerson Conference Center) is the perfect place to host conferences, do team building and staff development with your organization, or host weddings, funerals, anniversary and birthday parties, or other significant life events. The spacious, naturally-lit facility is the perfect blank slate for your event!

The Cottage is our Airbnb-style accommodation, boasting 2 cozy bedrooms, a full kitchen and living room equipped with WiFi and a smart TV, and 1.5 baths. This is a perfect place to getaway for a weekend, enjoy a peaceful stay away from the hustle of everyday life, or to just enjoy some family time! 

Make use of one of our seven full hook-up RV pads for your family reunion, travel to OSU games, relaxing weekends, or overnight stays as you pass through the heart of Payne County. Our property also includes well-kept bathrooms, showers, and a washer and dryer for use. If tent camping is more your thing, we have ample space for that as well!

Many corporate events, weddings, or parties utilize the ability to rent the entire park. We encourage you to do the same if you have a big enough event! All the facilities including Wayman, Dickerson, the Cottage, and the RV/Tent spots have the ability to be rented together, in pairs, or separately.
