We’re down to the final two songs of our Advent worship series, “Hark! The Sounds of Christmas,” this Sunday! The second-most-requested Christmas carol, “Joy to the World,” will bring us into the joy that is the focus of the Third Sunday of Advent. Along the way, we’ll learn how the hymn’s author never meant to write a Christmas carol but how even this fact can lead us to joy.
