Here is the map of Oak Park, including the location of the activities, and a map that shows parking directions and the flow of pedestrian traffic. The City of Perkins will aid in directing traffic and ensuring safety from the parking areas to the activities.

All visitors to the event will park in the lots of the elementary and intermediate schools. The entire campus of Oak Park will be closed to parking unless you are a Lost Creek member supplying your car for trunk-or-treat, a vendor representing your business or organization, or a food truck.

The link below will direct you to the Chamber's sign up form. There will be a trophy awarded by the Chamber of Commerce for the best booth!

Lost Creek members only: please use the button below to register for a trunk-or-treat. You can use this form, or there is a physical copy for you to sign up on in the foyer at the church.
