Knight's Quest 2024 Registration

Hear ye, hear ye! All knights in grades K-5th are invited to join us on Friday, September 20th and Saturday, September 21st in 2024 for our first ever Knight's Quest! Here, our knights will learn how to put on the armor of God to fight evil through Bible lessons, armor forging, team building activities, a nerf gun war, an optional sleep over, and so much more! The overnight stay will be held at Oak Park Retreat Center on air mattresses and is completely optional. All overnight participants must have a male guardian stay with them. Please bring twin-sized sheets, pillow, blanket, favorite stuffed animal and toiletries. Spots are limited and will go fast!

By signing this form I, as the parent or legal guardian of the above child(ren), give permission for my child(ren) to attend all activities at Oak Park Event Venue & Lodging for Butterfly Girls/Knight's Quest Youth Camps.

By signing this form, I authorize the camp volunteers to contact emergency services if needed for my child(ren) when efforts to contact me are unsuccessful and when deemed immediately necessary to safeguard my child(ren)'s health. I acknowledge that Oak Park Event Venue & Lodging and Lost Creek United Methodist Church will not be responsible for medical expenses incurred.
